My name is Jeff Durand and here is a little bit about me.
I started in theatre in high school in the small town of North Andover. When I attended the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, I joined an improv comdy group by the name of Mission IMPROVable. Most of my credentials are with M:I, of which I am a C.E.O. I have been a member for seven years now, and we have become a national touring improv group nominated for Comedy Performers of the Year by Campus Magazine for 2002. As part of M:I, I have performed in the Orlando Fringe Festival and Chicago Improv Festival, to name a few. M:I has also performed all over Chicago theatres such as the Improv Olympic and the Playground.
I have also performed in a show called Sybil (one-man, long-form improv) at the Playground Theatre, and I coached the improv team Storytime John for one year. I have a bit of amateur stand-up comedy under my belt, and I work as a tube talker for the Blue Man Group Theatre in Chicago.
